Today was bring your friend day at Ray’s Glendale Crossfit gym. He asked me if I wanted to go and I told him SUREEE! I actually did want to try it out, but I am quite out of shape compared to everyone at his gym. Today’s WOD was named “Jennifer” in honor of 26 year old service woman who died while responding to help a person in need. The workout was 26 minutes of 10 pullups, 15 kettlebell swings, and 20 boxjumps for as many rounds as we can. Honestly just the warmups made my legs feel like jello, but I was able to complete 7 rounds + 4 reps (scales of course since I’m a newbie). It would have been great to go home after that but nooooo R had to drag me to our regular gym…!!!
I really can’t remember the last time I bought or made popcorn at home because I actually don’t like popcorn..but the only flavor I will eat is kettlecorn!!! Time for the third Terminator movie now and phones away! R is making us do a Terminator marathon because I haven’t seen any of them…just clips of the second movie…haha I’ll Be Back! Hasta La Vista, Baby.
